PCASA Secretary

PCASA would like to advise members that we have a new Secretary. Her name is Helen TIMMS and she will be in the office from 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday Except Public Holidays. Helen commenced with Pony Club on Wednesday 25/1/12.

Please make her welcome as she is not familiar with Pony Club but willing to learn.
Helen has certificate 4 in work place assessment and training.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU USE THE CORRECT AND CURRENT MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP RETURN FORM AS FOUND ON THIS WEB PAGE.

MANY HAVE BEEN USING THE OLD FORMS WITH INCORRECT INSURANCE AMOUNT THERE FORE CAUSING PROBLEMS AT OFFICE LEVEL.

ALL FORMS ARE TO BE ACCOMPANIED WITH PAYMENTS AS NO MORE INVOICES TO BE SENT OUT.

FAILURE TO COMPLY COULD CAUSE YOUR CLUB TO BE SUSPENDED DUE TO HOLDING MONIES THAT SHOULD BE SENT IN WITHIN THE RULES AND GUIDELINES

CLUB / ZONES COMMITTES AND SECRETARIES ANNUAL AUDIT

2nd January 2012

To all person involved in a Club or Zone committee an audit is being undertaken to ensure all is correct and that there are no discrepecies with Club and or Zone holdng insurance monies.

PLEASE NOTE: it is an offence by law to NOT hold insurance money.

If you receive a remider please do not ignore.
