To all members who have livestock on their properties.(PIC)

We lost the fight to prevent the fee being imposed on people with live stock on their properties.  The "property indentification code" (PIC) fee of $78 is now mandatory and must be paid and registered ASAP.   Failure to comply could see people paying a fine of thousands of dollars.

This also applies to Clubs or members who have long term agistment on their grounds.
